The only home pasteurizer with pressurized heating and vacuum-sealed colling. A rugged, heavy-duty thermostat controls the temperature, keeping it between 155 and 159F. the thermostat automatically shuts off the heat when pasteurization is complete and the turns on a buzzer to let you know the milk is ready for cooling. Any amount of milf or cream up to 2 gallons can be pasteurizd at one time. Everything inside the pasteurizer is made of aluminum. All parts are easy to clean.
